If you plan on using this method of getting people to your site then you will need to make sure that your content is absolutely on point and that you are giving them a reason to swipe up with a cool photo that gives a little bit of information about the link itself.
Hashtags should be used on all of you Instagram content as it helps to categorize your post. This can greatly help to drive traffic to your site as those who see your content will have already looked for something in your niche, this means that half the battle has been won. Try not to make your hashtags too specific to what you do as these can often get lost in the community, think up hashtags that are relevant but also popular so that you can get the most amount of visibility.
If you have created a cool piece of content and it is getting some traction, you should look to comment within your own piece of content with links to relevant features on your site. As soon as a conversation gets started on your content, get linking. There is no limit to how many links you can put into the comments and as long as it doesn’t look too spammy and take up the majority of the conversation, this can be a very effective way of building more traffic.
